I rented the Memphis room for two full days for a non-profit leadership training for 22 people. As I was arriving from out-of-town, I felt incredibly supported by Lavinda. I was able to have our materials arrive a few days before I did, and could view the space early to plan our set up and get comfortable working the A/V. The space itself was perfect for our needs. It was spacious with a few big windows for natural light. I especially appreciated the quick response to any questions, or requests for help. The customer service was excellent.
